S-Posture

This is a common set up fault caused by too much arch in the lower back, many people who do this stick their backside out too much and have weight distributed too much toward the heels of the feet. Lower back is normally too tight caused by the over curvature of the back whilst core muscles are too lose, a bad combination which can lead to back pain !

Learning how to bend over from the hip flexors better and distributing the weight under the balls of the feet will help the golfer to rotate with better stability and balance.

Drills in combination with mirror practice will aid improvement.
